I used to run for 59 minutes (that’s what it would have been this year: the time increased by 1 minute every year), 3 times per week. Every week. I thought nothing of it – this was my escape cos once I hit ‘The Zone’ (that beyond the Zero Point Merge) I was just flying and visiting so many different dimensions and ‘soul family’ members and revisiting some of the wonderful, high vibrational countries that I’d actually spent time in during the 90’s, that the running was simply the KEY to climbing the mountain.
Well that all changed when I had to start being stationary in order to earn money.
My diet changed from one that was designed purely to reach beyond the mountain top, to one that relieved boredom. And with it, a lowering of my molecular fitness as many elements in the Periodic Table unobtrusively found their way into my physical body and reduced my capacity for height.
The time taken to reach ‘The Zone’ varies between individuals – mine was less than 12 minutes for the first few years, then the Magic Number rose to 17 (where it will stay forever, metaphysically). That was the length of time it took to get off the runway of the physical body and up into the air. I could write books about the places and people I visited, situations I witnessed and feelings I felt whilst up there. Maybe I’ll save that for when I’m totally physically incapacitated.
Now however, thanks to your friends and mine the Periodic Table, I’m lucky if I can manage to run 20 minutes in total and I NEVER, EVER reach The Zone.
A very Depressing fact of computer-littered life.
