In the interests of balance and perspective I think the BBC should provide well researched and scalar (both sides of the story) information of any subject.
Milk is dangerous to me and to many, many people I have met in life.
Not only is it a product of an animal kept in captivity solely to produce solid and liquid fodder to the humanimal race, but it is also a harbinger of additives such as growth hormones, digestive hormones, appetite stimulants, preservatives to make cows live longer and taste better (so that people who haven’t had a Pink Floyd moment will eat and drink more) and god only knows what other incapacitators.
Why don’t they rewire cows’ brains to make them a little bit clever, so that (optimistically, admittedly) humans might pick up a few of the X genes, hence be a bit better at Crossword Puzzles and hopefully move a bit closer to their own Piger point
i.e. ‘Get It’, dudes ??
As for E X E R C I S E……….
Crikey – any dairy (or wrong chemicals) in my diet, and my running capacity and motivation towards any sort of exercise is bludgeoned.
In short……….. milk in my diet severely compromises many of my mental and physical capabilities – for instance, when your head is full of cold you’re hardly going to be on a highly motivated trajectory.
Give it a break – and a smidgen of perspective – BBC Radio 2.
That is, ON* BBC Radio 2.
*The term ‘ON’ is the mythological term for Heliopolis in Egypt; Helios = sun. As in bright, light, truth – NO SHADOWS.
Well, purportedly, opposites attract.
The only reason that ANY media channel (including educators of children – parents and teachers) puts out a BIG UP for milk is: –
- On behalf of the FIA (Forward Illluminated Agenda) which knows the damage milk causes to human body/mind systems.
- To promote the Zionist Messiah in an oblique and anal way.
GOBSMACKING , Frankly.
